***MAKE AN OFFER/END AN AUCTION EARLY/EXCEPTION LIST**
I do not take offers nor end auctions with bids early.
I research prices as best as I can and many bids start low. Starting bids may seem very low to you, and you may get the item at the starting bid if I put the item at a bad time of day, wrong category, missed key words, etc. Lucky for you, I do that too often. Offers I have gotten have never been higher then the ending auction price, so just be fair, get in on the bid or shop my buy it now low prices as I don’t take offers.
I will not take time just to add you to be an exception when eBay has already not allowed you to auction - if you aren’t able to rectify your issue then hopefully you can find someone else to trust you to use their account and pay them for the item if you win and some sort of tip for the inconvenience.

By the way, years ago I almost exclusively sold toys, hence the name MOSTLYTOYS, but now you will find more crafts and a larger variety of items, with new listings several times a week. However more toys closer to Thanksgiving.
***COMBINED SHIPPING***
I combine shipments. All items must be shipped to the same address.
PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE “PICK UP” UNLESS YOU PLAN TO MEET ME ACCORDING TO THE DESCRIPTION. This really complicates any order as I can no longer offer the reduced shipping EBay gives me and it adds the step of having to get a code from your email to confirm the pickup. It greatly will delay your getting your purchase.
For combined shipping you have three options:
1) Buy all your items and pay for them in one transaction. This seems to work when you buy your items within a day of each other.
2) If you pay in multiple transactions, be sure to let me know you have multiple items. Sometimes I notice at checkout but other times people have paid on different days and I didn’t notice it was the same person until their first package was already sent.
For 1) & 2):
If combining your items lowers the shipping I will send you a rebate right after I print the mailing label and have packaged up the items, which means you will have already paid.
3) When checking out, if you can find it, feel free to request an invoice so I can adjust the shipping before you pay instead of giving you a refund afterwards. This is actually a tad slower because I have to get back to you to pay before I can print the label and you will have only then paid.
LATE PAYMENT
Items not paid after 4 days of purchase, unless communication has been exchanged before the 4 days, are subject to cancellation as they may be restocked and listed again for possibly more or with other items.
****SHIPPING CHARGES****
I rarely charge handling fees. If so it is usually due to the item being difficult to pack (hard to find the right box, takes lots of tape, very fragile). I don’t charge extra to buyers who get multiple items for the complication of adjusting the invoice, saving the items, or finding the right packing to combine items, so please don’t ask for further discounts when buying multiple items- the shipping is discounted by combining and the service to do so.
By the way, my one item order first class prices are not lower (some people charge only while I charge close to .50), because I purchase the USPS online with tracking through eBay.
With combined shipping, if an item with buy it now (BIN) has free shipping included in the price, the total combined shipping price will not include the weight of that/those shipping included BIN items.
